You can only buy/sell in the Black Market Section, at least from what you described with buying selling accounts. To gain access to the Black Market section, you need to be registered for 6 or more months or have 300+ posts I believe.
Sorry to hear you are suspended, perhaps home schooling may work too?

For the names they have to be original and not botty.
Wc oaks for money as thats your best bet f2p…
runecrafting should be high ie 90s
ps. I started hitting puberty when i was like 9 or 10

Dat 9 or 10?
Were you like, a foot taller then everyone?
That sucks, in school suspension is the worst.
Mind if i ask why you got suspended?
And do you go to a public/private school?
As for the RS related questions, I already have a F2P skiller/combat/alternate account so I don't need any more. As for the buying/selling, as mentioned above you have to have access to the black market to do that.
As for the price, maybe you could look on other sites such as Scythe to get a idea of the account value.
Also, I dont quite understand what you mean by a "Custom" name or "Custom" skills. Technically, all names in RS are custom, and theres no such thing as custom skills.
And as for the IRL questions, I cant really remember if there were any noticable emotional changes, but around the age of 12-13, I became a lot stronger, and I started to grow at a much faster rate. My 50m freestyles times also improves a lot :D
In-School suspension is the best.
Sleep -all- day.
But normal suspension, you can sleep all day in your bed at home :D

School is a tool by the government to turn you into a mindless zombie. Just like all the others. Offering you shitty education and such. The trick is to make sure you reach the end, cause you need the paper.

Personally I think the biggest thing on a name is making is something unique and memorable and to actually make sense :P

This. See if you can make one that has two real words that relate to each other and fit grammatically.
