http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/urine-powered-generator-unveiled-international-exhibition-234718329.htmlwhat do you think? keep it appropriate please. woke up this morning and my tv was on and i over herd it.
my comments… my power is cheap enough thanks :)
Cool, I'll need to look into getting me one of those :D

"who leaked this story"
best comment ever llolooolool
very cool though, oil companies gonna buy the patent and throw it in a dumpster like they do all the other insanely ingenious designs
Should install this in schools lol. So much free power
Unfortunately, I see one massive flaw/problem in this idea.
There is no ammonia/urea filter
Free energy may be a positive, but the potential odours are not so much :D

This is bullshit if this invention is at least how yahoo describes it.
The electrolyte cell needs another source energy to split urine into its components. Unless the potential energy from the output of the cell is higher than input energy(yay lets break the conservation of energy), then this generator isn't most certainly powered by urine.
P.S. I do like to highlight what appears to be a portable fossil fuel generator in the BG
