Do you mean Microsoft won't accept a PayPal that isn't connected to a bank account?
I'm confused

Well when I bought live with it last time, I had a CC attached. Now I have a bank account, and it's trying to draw money from the CC that is no longer on my account. I don't see a way to say "Dont take it from my CC, take it from my funds!". :/
I got 22$ in paypal. You interested? ;)
E: NVM, I removed my Paypal alltogether and added it again, now it works. :p
