Figured I'd make a new post as I didn't want to hijack riwu's post about grabbing the wrong colors.

With that said;

Is it awkward now that I have to press 's' every time I load the Game Client from desktop? If I don't, it wants me to Auto-Setup my game settings in the official client every time I open it up :s :confused: I suppose I should try to uninstall the client and delete rs folders and try again?

Also, I see that GetPage does indeed load smart in the fashion of grabbing a webpage, but why does the link that's debugged when you start smart (debugged in Simba), not print the " , " before the " f " and the numbers? Does SMART parse only alphabet/number tokens?
Ex:

http://world41.runescape.com/,f1234567890123456789

I never see the comma, which is directly after the forward slash.

I get this too :/ I play in browser.

Pressing s puts you into safe mode, SMART does it automatically. You get that screen otherwise.

I understand that SMART does this automatically, however I think I incorrectly stated my second question. My second question isn't really about SMART, as it's more of a game client problem that (to try to make relevance) may be caused by loading RS repetitively with SMART which may tell rs that I usually press 'S' when RS loads so they expect the same when I play in my game client?

Not quite. S is to force safe mode. See if you load the RS client and press skip rather than auto setup, everything will be fine.

To make smart not press "S", simply remove it from the SmartParams.Simba include.

Also for the comma thing, it could be there but then again it doesn't have to be.

That specifies a language so that Smart "CAN" actually load with a different language other than english. If you leave out the parameters or the comma, it will default to english. I'm not sure if Smart will add that comma itself or not but with or without it, the default will be 0.

***Cannot get SMART to load, results in "CANNOT SPAWN CLIENTS" error***

• Simba 0.99 win 32
• uninstalled and reinstalled all components multiple times

Can't seem to get it running on this computer :// any help appreciated

Maybe it's because I have simba in my E drive?? This shouldn't matter I think?

Load RS with browser first then load Smart, the latest Jagex cache is needed.

try adding exception in the firewall. If that does not work run as admin then allow the program to run on private network.

Added an exception to both smartremote32's but it still cannot spawn clients

did u try running as admin and then let it run on home network? because i tried adding exception and it didnt make any difference. also, how are you launching simba? using shortcut or clicking the exe file in install path?

Have used both short cut and exe in /simba/ as running as admin

home network too, assuming it's default connection to internet
