Couldn't find this in the "Bank.scar" so…
This function closes the bank screen and returns true if it was done properly.

Any suggestions or comments appreaciated. Currently working on a very l33t function:D

its not in bank.scar because CloseWindow is a universal window closer therefore we dont need a specific bank closer. sorry.
