Well I don't think there's anything to doubt in terms of misleading users with updates. I think this because as stated in the image quote, "feedback from those among you who know and particularly enjoy the current system," which in my mind says they're only taking feedback that they (RS dev's) like or is positive.. Then those same RS dev's base their updates off of there biased input.
I do indeed keep in mind that this is game we play, not a game we make or have definite input to change.
I do not like the EoC update specifically, I'd rather improvements be made on positive and negative feedback, finding a middle ground.. A sort of Democracy (in the UK constitutional monarchy?!?!) :p

Well they have waited for almost half a year to release it from their original release date. So yeah I believe that they have listened to the beta players thoughts. I mean, that's the point of a beta right?

It would be pretty decent if they just removed abilities and adrenaline, buffed basic damage, and make sure it was bloody balanced for one.
Simple solution, would keep people happy, and it wouldn't be completely silly.

i wish they made it where you could use the old combat style but not lose out on xp gains like you'll get in the new combat system. this would satisfy both sets of people in my opinion.

I like the EoC I've been playing on and off since 2001. I've seen Runescape rise and fall. It's getting to the point where all this pointless complaining is just creating a negative environment and that then pushes more negativity.
Your all just complaining over something stupid. You can minimise the bar… The window stays the same size. Plus YOU ALL BOT. This will make life easier for you. All we have to do is section the EoC bar into sections and add levels to it for each section.
Stop complaining about something when you have no evidence to back why this update is bad.
Yes the Runescape game got slightly ruined when they removed Trade and Wildy … THEN decided to bring it back. Yes the SoF is hated by many. Yes they do release terrible updates sometimes.
But if you want a better game. Stop playing Runescape. Get an Education and MAKE YOUR OWN MMO
