ermm check your date and time. I get this on my dads desktop because the cmos battery has gone and i cba to get a new one (basically it resets the year to 2006 everytime you switch it on)

Yea, you can still use https so it is encrypted, just allow the certificate
only reason to worry about that is on shopping websites imo
