I rent out house now, and will start doing more

at 2 houses I won't need to work anymore, at 3 houses I'll be well off

but I still work so I don't turn into pearl from Blade

So you rent houses to people? Thats pretty cool, good money too. In my city there is a huge demand for rental housing because of the 3 universities :).

Yea, USA average was something like house prices went down 15% and renting went up 9% lol..

I'm close to another down payment for a house, but need enough to fix it up if needed, had to redo a bathroom in other one

I read arizona is one of the best places to buy houses & rent, but place sucks so I don't want to do it there

Welcome back as for the houses lucky you. The only place I have properties at is in Mexico. I got a farm and leaves decent profit.

Yea hoping not too much maintenance, we'll see.. they are in pretty good shape. Might move to be closer since I'm a state away (market here is silly for buying/renting compared to most other places)
