So I'm currently doing soul wars on my F2P Rune Pure.

Average Zeals = 3 maximum, worst 1 so 3+1x 3 games every hour / 2 = 6 zeals, currently getting arround 3K exp per zeal so that's 18K exp per hour which is bad for double exp weekend.

I was trainning on cows which where 26Kexp/hr which I thought was great but what else can I train bot. Botting only, thanks.

Nio quests done what so ever, current gear includes: RuneScim, full addy, glory and combat bracelet, thanks. :)

Kill giant rats in the 2nd floor of the stronghold. I got 40k/h f2p there.

If only your attack was 60 then you could do claws in troll invasion.

I know moss giant in chaos tunnels are great xp

It's a rune pure F2P, I'll only be using Rune Scimitar at best maybe Gravite weapons later on but I'm not too sure.

Ahh are they suitable for my level, would they do much damage that I need to restock every 10 minutes?

Giant Spiders are a great source to train on, but only efficient when your atleast 80+STR, when I was 60-70Def on my main I still got r..ped by them so I don't think it' s a good idea yet. Thanks for the suggestions anyhow, I'll try moss giants, thanks. :)

I say you train on Hobgoblins and Muggers under portsarim. Easy tele to falador bank, tele back to Port sarim. And I get relatively fast XP there. Muggers have low defence and Good HP

Hahha yeah, I'm peaking at 60K now. But it'd be 30k/hr because I'm currently on double exp. :)
