So my main account was hacked along with the email and everything was changed, how can i recover my account back, is there a way i could email jagex? please help

I honestly have no clue what the ticket thing is. Can you give me steps on how to do it? Please

When this happened to my first account I had security questions and proof of my last bill.

So I answered some of the questions correctly, showed them what card I payed my membership with, and roughly when I created the account and around what time I got members on it.

I also provided them with exact details about my accounts random stuff in the bank like 103K vails.

You could also send them an email, dont exactly remember where you find it but it should be someone in the 'contact us' section.

where did you answer questions? And I've looked around and just can't find an email :(
