Transferring money between accounts

Hi guys, what are the current methods of transferring money between accounts e.g. ones with the 25k limit to ones with unlimited trade.

I have seen the other threads, all of the methods are outdated and patched. People have said to send methods via pm to ensure new methods dont get patched.

I did that once back in the days when the guys in the bank would start yelling about a drop party. Luckily i had only deposit the full rune set.

I not sure, usually it's saying something that other people don't like which isn't even bad but they derep you anyway. I got derep'd for asking a question whether to fish lobsters or swordfish at an XX fishing level. Other times it's actually for something bad, which is rarely.
