It's 5x the .2 multiplier, not 5x the regular. It says 5x the BONUS xp. The bonus is .2, .2x5= 1, 1+1 = 2x

yeah and if you see multiply 20% by 5 you get 100% and that is 2x. :D

In theory Jagex is advertising with wrong information, you aren't getting 5x as much bonus xp as you would need to have a 2.49x multiplier to achieve that.

1.2 is 100% normal exp + 20% bonus exp. so they mean x5 bonus exp and that means 0.2 x 5 = 1 , and that means 2. again the same :D f2p gets 0.2 not 1.2 as bonus exp
