Dafuq? Either a neighbor pulling a prank, or a very poorly hidden surveillance unit. This has been showing up under my internet connections for the last month or so…
P.S. For those who don't know, OPP stands for Ontario Provincial Police.

It's clearly a joke. Why would a surveillance unit have a wifi network and even if it did I'm sure they would turn SSID broadcasting off.

As said by hobbit, in fact, most don't use their Wifi broadcasting network. Lol, this is very nice. Just in case, check for a black SUV/Sudan parked outside your house…You never know!

How can you see the woody? I thought I blocked it out? :p There is no black SUV, although there is a white old car that almost looks like a police car. Its been parked across the street for a very long time…

LOL my old Wifi SSID was Chernobyl Worm (actually a pretty bad worm).
Funny thing is, because of the "worm" in the name, no one connects to it even though I used to leave it open for the curious neighbour ;)
My friend's current Wifi SSID is actually 911. Man.. when I see wifi names like that, I just can't help but click it and try to connect :l
Current Wifi name is actually LoveBug. These things scare people away lol.

Because I read this topic, the song "o.p.p" was playing in my head all day -.-…
OPP in that song stands for : ("other people's pussy" and "other people's penis";)
Maybe your "spy" is actually some perv ;p

It would be partially RCMP, partially CSIS. They both take a portion of what would be covered the the FBI.
