I have a feeling its a 24 hour temp mute by a player mod - it could be longer but would explain the shortness and no record of it.
If you're worried post on the RSOF under account management and ask. :)

Jesus, lol. Once someone tricked me into saying RSWalmart… His name was RSwalmart(some number), and he kept saying: Say my name…Finally, I said it (idk why), he brought his Pmod friend over (probably his own account) and muted me :(
Good times!
