A friend of mine is quitting because of EoC and roughly wants to sell it to be for $50, that's roughly 100M, is it worth it?

The cost to get to 99 prayer would already exceed 100m wouldn't it? I don't buy accounts though since you run the risk of getting recovered, banned for rwt etc.

It depends where you sell it. If you are advertising it on a place such as ebay I don't think you can get as much for it.

I sold my old main a couple years back with about 220m total exp. Maxed combat and 85 dung with 50m cash. I pocketed $200 for it, I got a great deal.

I advertised the account on craigslist, and met someone at the library locally. If you sell this way, the likleyhood of getting scammed should be lower and you could also charge much more. Just an idea for you.

It's maxed combat, that's worth a bit for sure. Keep in mind that 99 Prayer and 95 Herblore doesn't come cheap, and 91 Slayer is something to show for as well. It would be a nice combat account, perhaps staker or boss-killer.
