They tell you the issue will be solved within 30 minutes depending on what it is, if not 1/2 days…its been 3 days and still no name change, worse of all my name is offensive to a lot lof people so they should really change it pretty fast but taking ages dafuq son :cartman:

that's jagex for you. on their support forums jmods were dropping like 10 pages behind. Yet they still had mods posting useless s*** elsewere

I got their forum mod saying they will inform a jmod and still no name change, and the worst thing is they go 'dont post on forum it may offend other players' -_-

gz on 100 posts. just post on the fourms. they will do it much quicker then especially if it offended people :f:

They have been lying to their customers since I started in 2003-2004. And often it's silly little things where they don't benefit from lying. Their mindset seems to prevent them from being straight forward with their customers about anything.

Ok a few things:

1. They're only human
2. They have a social life, forum mods aren't all paid
3. It's your own fault for having your account taken from you

1. Lies, for example botwatch is not human.
2. I'm on about Jmods - who are properly all paid.
3. True story, it is his fault.

I know it's my fault ive accepted that but still should be better service
