I read this post: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=90786

and got interested in hiding my ip. What do you recommend for Mac and for PC? Does it slow down your computer?

There are a wide variety of free and pay monthly VPNs that you can use. I have used justfreevpn before. They are quite easy to set up.

No idea if it slows down your computer but I don't think so. You don't download anything, your traffic just goes through their servers I believe.

Proxy servers are another alternative. For VPN's I would recommend proXPN. As like almost any VPN it has a free version (with restrictions) and one that you can buy.

Till you get a proxception! Then you can start hacking Jagex!
