I want to contact Jagex so I can get permission to use their material in my Youtube videos but i've looked and can't find the right email to contact them at. Does anyone happen to know? :)

Well that's the thing. I want to monetize my youtube account. I've heard of multiple people just emailing jagex and getting permission but I just need the email account to do so.

But I have to provide proof so I can monetize my videos. The funny thing is, some of my runescape videos were monetized automatically and some require proof of allowance. ;_;

They used to have an email to their legal department on their website, unfortunately it's not there anymore. If you come across it (to the legal department) please let me know, I need to contact them as well :p

Putting "I don't own any of the content on this video other than the commentary" or something should work right?

It's a video game, your not Claiming to be Jagex or own their product. Therefor it doesn't matter. If the YouTube video requires some form of proof then it's a problem on YouTubes behalf.
