How many hours would it take to get completionist cape from 1 everything?

1 hour tops
maybe 1.031 hours top
but not more than that

Not really.. You can get 99s in many skills in about 100 hours of botting. For ones like mining and agility, a bit more. So, that puts it at 3000 hours, about 273 of a year with a reasonable amount of play. Doing daily farms runs while botting these will get you 99 in a year, maybe even less with quests and spins and whatnot. The real pain would be 99 slayer and summoning, because you have to do slayer legit. 99 slayer will get you enough charms for 99 summoning. I have no idea how long that takes legit though. I also don't have estimates for the other requirements, but it could be done in a year of nolifing. Buying 200 spins daily will surely help. I'm pretty sure RS will be around for the next few years at least.

for me going for max cape will probably take another year :(
got 3 skills left to max before it and its slayer sum and farm

I knew it could be done within a couple of years at least, but not as quickly as Desputy got it. What I really meant was how long it would take someone realistically playing legit and botting while having a job, and not being able to check up on their bot from 9-5 during the day, and not bothering to check the bot, or even leave it running overnight.
I don't know, maybe I'm just super slow with my main. :)

Desupty probably got all his f2p skills to 99 or 90+ first before he became p2p or probably spent a lot of time playing f2p. afaik you don't get play time when you're f2p.. I don't think it's possible to get a max cape that fast. I'd give it 2-3 years.

Damn, I started a new account 3 months ago, I have 3 99's so far :)

average playtime is 200-300+ days but if you just get on with skills and don't really quest and hang around and chat you could get it below 200 days playtime I'd say about 2 years minimum
