Your link are broken, I checked them manually, all you have are combat stats so you could do frosts or range guild. I'd do fletching to 99 on both if I were you, there are pretty stable scripts for that and they make good money.

I.e maxxing out and using to play legit/ to sell?

they good money? how much gp/hr?? i got about 1,1m cash… whats the best gear for me to use? i have about no quests done so i cant get neit helm…

If you only got 1.1M cash, then get something like a barrows armor. Idk which one is better but it's between dharok and torags for melee.
