I've just used 350k free xp on summoning got it from 50-64 and now I've checked the xp rates and they are worse than before like I now need well over 200 crimson charms just to gain one level :|

XP Rates aren't that bad - collecting charms is the problem.

I got 48-64 Summ and used 141 gold charms for 65 :D

Well if you bot it all it's easy no?

It's very easy to bot for gold charms in the noob dungeon at Taverley. If you don't wanna do that, you can convert pouches to scrolls for a low but steady(and cheap!) xp rate.[basically the same speed as RC before runespan]

I'm going to look for a summoning script

Whoops your right, is there any chance you can add an option to bank instead of converting to scrolls?

I don't have any accounts with charms right now :P Maybe in the future. I think Ashaman or someone else posted a function that sells the pouches. But my version should make scrolls, this is sometimes even more profit than selling them after banking :spot:

Once the Evolution of Combat comes out I'll member an account that has charms I think. My staker :P Going to convert it into a new main as I sold all my other mains.

I have an account with a couple thousand charms on it and if i deem you trusty ;) I can lend it to you to figure it out?

with some editing, i am sure it could. Wouldn't take a whole great deal of work either.

on topic:

i dont think summoning is slow, even collecting, once you have the charms, its super fast exp, i am getting fairly close to having enough for pak yak. just store them up, and use them every now and then, or possibly only use some weekly when you get your citadel ring?

?! what pouch to scroll method can gain 40k xp/hr? I thought they are all well under 5k/hr?
Botting for gold charm is actually even slower than botting dungeoneering.

If JJs script just makes scrolls it will be faster than actually hunting for the charms themselves then making pouches imo

I find it quite fast, but I've just reached the 60's, after that I just used the free exp.

Even at 99 summoning, converting steel titan pouch to sol scroll only gives 4.9 x 3k = 14k xp/hr. Unless you use Taverley resell method (meaning negative profit) which will be ~49k/hr max (at 99 sum). And typical lower leveled scrolls only gives 1-2 create xp/pouch.

Using a good wf/lob script can usually earn over 100 crim charms/hr (with goliath>c maul).

Powerbot have just release two summoning scripts if anyone wanted to know

Guys if you are Pure or CBF doing slayer, a really good source of Charms is bonfireing
On average you get 4 Charms per Fire Spirit, and its good xp/hr

I've never used powerbot and doubt I ever will just too many issues with that bot I've heard

with the scrolls i can leave scripts on over night and it should level up a few levels atleast and I do have 10m to spare so profit or no profit I don't really care, if someone can do a scroll only script that would be awesome!

each to their own, I was just providing options if you needed them

glacors are good for charms, and awesome loots, i do them, i have never done waterfiends, and am contimplating doing rock lobs, i know it might cost a fair amount, but you can make a shit load back at 99 summoning, even at 96 summoning.
