Hi,

Just wanted to purchase 50m - 100m RSGP, however, before I actually verify my paypal and link it to my debit card, I was wondering if anyone selling gold here from Malaysia with a CIMB or Maybank account. If so, it would be easier and transaction cost would be considerably lower.

Would not mind going first if the person selling is trustable.

Can you do Moneypak(prepaid card that u buy at store and give pin to seller).

Unfortunately moneypak is not available in my country :S I am trying to link my paypal, but which would be safer, credit card or bank account?

Bank account, I guess.. But then you would need to transfer money from bank account which will take 3-5 days..

Yeah, paypal is slow, was looking for someone who is local from my country who sells gp. That way I can just make a bank transfer free from transaction fees and no fuss :S

If I verify my paypal with my bank account will they have access to just pull funds or they will need to send verification codes to my phone which i need to key in or something? I tried looking it up on google, but there seems to be no such protection. Paypal is known to be safe, but it doesn't seem so without verifications etc.

Verify paypal and it will be your friend for any money issues.

Trust me don't trust paypal just use a debit card linked to your bank account with it and you will be fine. I had 180$ from one of my script sales frozen because their systems suspected that the money was going to get a chargeback like.. I rang them up and everything.

I think when giving money out, there is no fee, when getting, there might be.
No monthly/annual fee.

There's a payment fee for the guy receiving… haven't figured out how to pay them myself though

When you state that the payment is for a online purchase the seller (the one receiving the money) will pay the fee (it will be deducted from the amount buyer sent).

In order to pay the fee yourself you must say it's a personal payment, and you will then on the confirmation page see a check box where you can determine whether you want to pay the fee or not.

Edit: I understand PayPal works differently for some countries. If I remember correctly US citizens don't have to pay a fee for personal payments within USA.

Or you can send the payment as a gift if the person is really trusted..

Still buying 50-100m. Ideally 75M, but for a price of 0.4 - 0.45/M depending on quantity.
