I was just playing legit while working on a script and all of a sudden a fullscreen popup came out of nowhere saying: "You have been banned for macroing!". I logged back in and had been teleported to the dwarven mines. What just happened…?

Exact same thing happened while legiting on footy's account right a minute ago, I got teleported to beefy bill. I think jagex screwed up somewhere because right after that, a message appeared saying there will be a sys update in 30 mins.
I'll check RSOF now to see legits panicking.

Ah ok, good to hear it wasn't for real. I just got blocked from trading a few times as well. Whenever someone traded me or I traded them, I automatically said "I can't do this because I'm a bot" in the chat. Closed simba, logged out/in and I could trade again…

Lmfao. I've been botting non-stop since the Botany Bay update, and no ban. Then Jagex goes and bans a boatload of legit players. Awesome update. Those legits seriously ruin the game for me. Ban them all!

At least this is an indicator of what will happen if we are given the warning. It will not allow us to trade or interact with other players in any formal way aside from chatting i guess. No dropping, no trading! I wonder how would 1 buy items then?

Weird, Im guessing this mistake has been on even before the update because I was legit training mining and out of nowhere I got a random but instead took me to another part of the mining guild..
