Well it is a little bit of both a service and pin selling. He sells pins consistantly and possibly in bulk so it more a service (much like memberize.me just not as official) where he provides people with memberships. He is not simply selling 1 or 2 pins because he acquired them and has no use for them, it is more like a business.
