A whole lot of ref bots have finally been taking out here is a pic of the cows right now:
Gf massed used reflection bots. However i feel like we should still remain fairly untouched. From what i see they are just linking similar movements along with reports to issue the bans. Has anyone been banned on simba in the past couple of days due to this? Im not botting for a while until this whole thing plays out. (got all my money invested) ;)

Jagex finally made a program that seems to be having an impact on bots and it isnt just changing the game code :] maybe now i can actually make money with some of my more secret bots.

Any opinions on what jagex is working on and do you think this will have much of an impact on our scripts?(im just going to add more randomizing movements and a few other little things to my script) Plus i have an idea to just detect the purple claw and log out and let the player know logged out because found claw. Now rise market prices rise :garfield:

Uhm, I botted for a bit with reflection today and with Simba, so far so good.

Hopefully this pans out well but I'm hoping after this I can go back to botting.

There are a hell of a lot of bans being banned though as we speak

Omg, can't wait until I get home and see this with my own eyes. I would still be careful even if you are using a private script.

PB is down from the second update about an hour ago…think it's just the normal weekly breaking of injection - I'm guess that's why there aren't any bots there right now

Reflection went down following the last system update. The botany bay game update did nothing to bring them down.

Meh.. Just got home, Noob account that I was using PB on isn't banned, but the entire Bank is gone. 1GP is left in the first slot.

Basically only lost 40k (in air talismans and other talisman crap, bronze pickaxe, basic noob stuff) at most :l

Main account is fine LOL. Guess I gotta make a new noob account to test crap on :P

Only had two accounts.. Main + Noob. Noob just died. No warnings, no bans, nothing.. Just no bank. Dunno if jagex did it or not. Was my favourite and only noob! :l

Gunna bot the noob hardcore and see if it gets banned. I never botted it on it but rather tested scripts on it and yeah..

So far I didn't see the claw yet :o

The update has affected us in they way that one of the simba scripts I made relies on injection bots. Oh well, guess I should work on a new one until they're back up.

If so, I think jagex bans bots, not removing money from them. They might have changed their punishment though, but it probably wasn't jagex.

I hope it stays this way. Imagine coming to Runescape for the first time, and creating an account. You'll probably hate it because it would take an hour to get 5 levels simply because of some obvious bots.

I went to Chin location to do some hunting hoping bots werent there, boy was I wrong. There were 4-5 bots in 1 location. =/

You can't expect short term results with a long term system. Wait a week then check everything again, that's when you'll see the real results of this update.

Soon there will be a lot of bans I think… They aren't going to give mercy to botters following this update I think

Still botting my main. The way I look at it is I get to test this new detection first hand on a high level account, and worse come to worse and I get banned, maybe I can finally walk away from this game. There still appears to be plenty of bots at the Soul Wars bank.

What Solar said is true, this botwatch will get more effective over time. The more data it collects, the more patterns it detects, the better it will be, this may really hinder botting in the future. But did they mention that they are giving 2 chances to users before a perm ban, if so, then maybe, just maybe, you can push it a little bit till you get the warning

Still botting 24/7, on every accounts lol. Using super fast botlike mouse movement. Still no bans yet.

It seems that no member accounts are being banned(or atleast not a lot) but if you go to a free world they are going to botanybay fairly frequently. Im not really sure if they are turning their eyes from member bots or just give them more leeway since they are paying to play…

I wish that they waited a day after the ban to remove the bots from the highscores. I tried to check a few but they were empty…

I remember that web stream thingy with Mod Mark and he mentioned something about p2p bots not getting any more chance than an f2p bot.

I guess we will see in the coming weeks.

Also a lot of people probably only bot f2p and transfer to mains.. ?

Green drag bots are still there.
The chars I 24/7ed at SW in the past week are untouched, as well as the ranged tank I 24/7ed at Dragith in f2p for the past week.
