I would like to get 38-40m for $18.50.
Preferably 40m, but if your going to be a hard a$$, then I will accept 38m - ONLY IF YOUR OFFER FOR 38 IS THE ONLY OFFER AVAILABLE. I WILL WAIT 2 DAYS TO SEE IF SOMEONE WILL SELL ME 40M FIRST.

Cannot spend more than $18.50 until next paycheck, which I will be looking to buy about 200m by that time, if the price is still roughly 50c per million.

I have made over 350 posts on this site, and I am as trustworthy as they come, but a lot of people on this site still don't know me and therefore don't trust me or feel sketchy about me. Which I completely understand that. But I've never stolen anything in my life. Not a candy bar from the store, not a beer from the fridge or a dollar from a purse. Nor do I plan on ever starting. I do not steal, lie, or cheat people. I believe in Karma and I have strong morals I live by.
