SRL Archive - Who Are You ? Who ? Who ?

Trying to write my own bots very similar to what I see here in Java… When eventually I stumbled across you guys. I will definitely very quickly admit that writing a script in SRL as opposed to a Java program is far easier. And now I'm here and bam… Botany Bay is out. Technically I guess I kinda lurked for a couple weeks, learning the language and grabbing a couple bots for skills I hate doing myself like agility… Made an offer to update some old script and was shut down because it wasn't best xp/hour anyway… Oh well.
Here I am now, a developer fairly inexperienced in scripting languages (honestly I've been mostly a C++ developer throughout my years, and never ventured outside the realm of compiled languages).
So yea, how's it going, Villavu?

Scripting with Simba is much easier (I've found) than many other languages. If you have any prior experience I'm sure it will be a breeze for you :) Best of luck with your future endeavours and hope to see you hang around here for a little while.

Wow. This is one of the best welcomes I've received from pretty much any forum. Well I hope to do some development here, but with Botany Bay on the verge of coming out, I think I'll probably be sticking with f2p bots (and secondary accounts) for a while.
