I am looking for a mule account without a trade limit. It would be nice if it wasn't a level 3, but it doesn't really matter. Name your prices and post stats if it has any. Payment is in RSGP, or you can wait a week or so until I get some paypal funds.

Nothing else, so it is a very open book in terms of skilling, but it is a great range tank with Protect Item and Steel Skin.
