I remember having a thread like this on another community and I was wondering… What do you like that you know no one else likes?

I'll start: Burnt onion and garlic with salt, pepper and olive oil.
I don't mean caramelized onion… Actually burnt crispy onion.

I can't get enough of cheese. I think I liked all the one's I've tried, even the smell ones. There is actually a type of cheese called Stinking Bishop.

I knew what all of those were before googling what baklava is, which sounds really nice.
I like all of those foods, but for the octopus and squid, they need to be cooked right.
