Looks like another great release! :p I Would definitely test but don't have enough time hardcoring agility atm. Do you know if there are a lot of people botting this? If not then this might be a script to use after botany bay is released.

I really dont know tbh im only lvl 86 atm so probably not that much. I am using the dropping method though, i could probs get alot more xp/hr using the low alch

started using this today, got around 200k wc xp in about 2 hours 30 mins. ill use this more tomorow since i dont want to completely suicide my 99 crafting :) good script only suggestions i have is sometimes the alch timing is off and stops your wc'ing. but sometimes it doesnt so im not really sure. other wise this script is beast! keep it up i loved your sally script aswell :)

Very nice and thanks for the feedback! The alching thing should be pretty rare, did it happen often? If you're not going for Mage xp I would recommend just dropping

I was getting pretty much the same in testing, try them both and let me know what you find! The mess up happens when you get logs too fast right? May need to increase that wait time

alright my script died to the login bug while i was at school. farm run then ill do some tests for you and let you know! keep up the good work!

Isn't that strange? I think it has to do with resetting the woodcutting chance every time you click the tree..but yeah I also found dropping to be faster xp

my first xp bar says lots and it looks so nice i can't delete it. and i cbf changing the xp counter to read bar three where i keep my wc xp. but if you wondering my xp gained that run was 220,877. which comes to an hourly gain of 74,453xp.

Not bad! Ps I think you can just turn off the counter that says lots so that only your wc counter is showing

Just got an inferno adze, so I'm planning on using this now ;). I'll try it out soon with beavers and urns, I'll report back when I do. Does it matter what order the summ pots/beavers/urns are in your invo other than being at the bottom? And how many can you have at a time?

EDIT: Nvm, just started running and sees that it drops one log at a time and not after it has a full invo. So I'm guessing you can have the whole invo full and just leave one space open and it will work fine? Looks great!

Nice! Yeah It goes by the red chat for when to click on an urn so there is a chance it will miss it with chats.


Also Austin it just uses the top xp bar to track xp, so if its set to total it will combine fm and wc. I can't remember how I was tracking the logs…

Just got home to find this sweet proggy! Started it from teamviewer on my phone lol, was at a friend's house. Was still running when i got home, but it somehow managed to get to another tree and not stay in between the two normal ones. Another person was standing there however, so that may have been the problem. This proggy is with no beavers/urns and idk how long it was at that one tree

What a beast! What could have happened is that your mouse went to click on a tree and at the same moment the other guy finished off the tree which may have caused a missclick and moved you? Not sure! But nice proggy

Hmm, I have noticed that the bug I described earlier about your character moving from the two designated trees to the one single tree next to the other two has been happening more to me. Here's a pic I took:


the place with the blue circle and the logs on the ground is the place where it starts out at as shown in the OP. The red "x" is the tree that it goes to 2-3 hours after starting. The yellow "x" is where your character is standing when chopping the tree. It's always the same spot and the same tree for me and it has happened about 6 times now. So I don't think that it's a miss click like you mentioned earlier =/. Idk what it is either, but if you wanted to fix it, I figured I might as well provide you with this information ;). Idm still having it happen though, all your other great scripts make up for it :D.

EDIT: Btw, the picture is facing north. I turned it that way for the picture though, when my character's at that tree, the compass is still facing east.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll be working on adding a bonfire option soon so I'll check this out. Let me know if you catch what causes it to do that! Does it ever click near the edges of the trees when it is running? Like close to where you think it might misclick?

No, it's always accurate when I'm watching it, I'm not sure what causes it to do that, I'll try and watch it more carefully though.

I'm not sure if there was when it happened, but about half the time it happens there's someone else there when I check on it and the other times there aren't.

Bad news. I was using v1.2 a few minutes ago (idk why I didn't update to v1.3) and I went to check on it and I died lol. I had 8 minutes left on my grave, so I had enough time to get back to it, but I was stupid and didn't realize my adze doesn't stay on ground upon death. So I'll have to get that back now, about an hour or so's work >.<. I was wearing other stuff so that's why I didn't automatically keep that lol. I'll have to put testing on hold now for a day or so, depends when I want to get that back (probably today or tomorrow). I'm not blaming it on you though, my fault since I didn't upgrade to v1.3.

You got killed by a troll!? Yeah there are two things that could have caused it that were fixed in 1.3 :( The first is that the tree click box was a little too big so it may have misclicked outside of the tree before uptext changed (and clicked on troll instead). The second was if it misclicked in general it would left click below you to keep you in your spot - and if an npc is there you would fight him :( . Sorry to hear that man, I would help you out but I failed that minigame when I tried!

If you don't have a wait in your include for sixhourfix it won't work after an update :( since it takes a couple of minutes for the servers to restart. I've submitted at the github for it though. But glad it is working!

Mine idles on the inventory screen quite a bit and will rarely click on a tree. Also, i get no progress reports in simba.

Has happened both times after using the script for around 5-7 hours. I think it has something to do with the relogin after 6 hour fix.

Correct graphic settings? Are you using beavers/urns/alching? Are you using the latest version?

Sounds like wrong spot or graphics settings. Are you fully updated on srl? Mind posting a pic of where it is idling

Are you using the action bar update? If so it will just drop from the action bar and not interrupt your cutting.

My best guess as of right now was that it went to click and the tree disappeared right before it clicked and then the failsafe didn't work for one reason or another (checks for a yellow click so if you clicked an npc it wouldn't detect the mess up). I'll have to come up with another way to check

Just started using this again. Using the latest version and am using the bonfire method atm. It ran for about 1 1/2 hours without a problem before I stopped it.

So far, the xp rate is almost exactly 60k wc xp per hour WITH beavers and WITHOUT urns and a wc lvl in the high 80s. The fm xp isn't far behind that with about 56-57k xp per hour. That's with a ring of fire, flame gloves, and an inferno adze. Without those three items, the xp for fm per hour would be around 40-45k probably.

Just a suggestion, for the people using the bonfire method/inferno adze, maybe you could add a firemaking xp/hour and xp overall slot as well on the progress report? That would be handy ;)

PS: I'll try out the new dropping method when I go back to school and see if I can get a 10 hour proggy without any problems :)

Yeah it isn't too difficult to split out the proggy, I'll add that once I can get a reliable failsafe working

Nice proggys! It only checks the xp ever minute or so I believe and does it based on your xp bar, not how many logs it counts. The log count is the thing that might be inaccurate. Thanks for the feedback!

Hmm no that shouldn't be a problem that is pretty strange! Maybe they changed what they look like since EOC or the message might be different or simba is having a hard time reading the text!

dont think thats script releated, think its a simba thing, cant remember the fix, you'll have to wait for asham to reply, im sure he remembers the fix as he has to post it so much, i know hes quoted the fix in other script threads if you want to go find it :)

Hmm today I woke up and I was in Etcteria castle with very low hp lol. I'm guessing I must've attacked something and my ring of life saved me :). First time it's attacked something though, maybe someone was trying to mess with me?

It may have been a failsafe or if someone else chopped down a tree just as you went to click and a monster was under you. Also were you using bonfire method? I think I might have a work around but it's a tough one!

Ahh, nah I was only using the drop method with the toolbar. 500k xp off 99 now :D

Then yeah my guess is that someone else chopped the tree down right before you left clicked the tree, really bad luck :( I think I might be able to figure out a failsafe for it though. And so close to 99 nice!

Another great script Ashman, keep up the great work! It works great, I am getting around 70k woodcutting xp and 10k firemaking as I'm using infernal adze. I haven't used a familiar or urns but I will soon and post progress.

Urns are broken atm until I implement my new skill screen functions :( but familiars should still work as normal!

Low alch doesn't work well with the EOC, it seems to have it on alch and then tries to chop a tree but stops cause it was trying to alch the tree. If that made sense.

Also it would be awesome if it waited until the inv was full and used mouse keys to drop then. :D

EDIT: not exactly sure what happened maybe a mis-click, but I almost died to a ice troll. :P

Change {$Define Smart8} to {$Define Smart} if you don't have SMART v8.0+

Nice proggy! And no I don't mind until I get a fix up - but when I do, please take down as I like to at least make the super leaches at least register on the forums before taking scripts (you have to at least be registered to dl an attachment) Thanks for the hotfix though!

It did for me.. are you absolutely sure you have everything set up properly?

yes im sure…i have posted a couple of proggies above so graphic settings are correct..smart v8 latest sps(20 dec 2012),srl etc… :(

I think I have it set to check for the familiar every 2-3 minutes or so, that is probably why

As long as you have all the requirements, 92 fm ovbiously and there is a couple quests to access certain beacons. I had to do Land of the Goblins but it was easy.

Just looked up a guide on youtube and it was fairly simple. Basically you just fill all the beacons with any type of logs, the better the log, the longer you will have once you start lighting them. I used magics just to be safe. 20 logs per beacon and theres 14 all together…

Then you just run around and light them all which only takes maybe 5-10 mins. Long part is filling but still it's easy.

Yeah it is a rare bug if someone else is cutting with you… With some of the new combat functions I should be able to add some better detection

well i know it wasnt directly from your script, that comes out when i try to use your script it shows up as an additional tab, thought it might be an incident from your script since im not familiar with the tab. although now it works… weird i did nothing ._.

naw there are none of them there compiling errors with it… but let me know if it happens again! When it happens for any script, make sure you only hit play once and just copy that one error for the scripter :)

Had the same issue, just restart the script :P

If you can't tell if the logs have changed a ton graphically then I would say it's probably setup. Double check graphics and srl updates (sometimes I forget to switch all my graphics down)

I'm running the script again, gotta get that 99 :) Can you perhaps add the ability to collect fire spirits from your firemaking script? You can make it drop everything except for the charms. That'll be a really useful addition!

Yeah that's def possible, I might just have to implement a better positioning system though as it would be a higher chance of moving you off of your spot

Botting at all can get you banned, but no bans have ever been reported with this. Honestly the bonfire was just a late extra add on, never was thoroughly tested. Thanks for the bug report though

I used the new eoc drop method. It's worked for a few days now no problems. It stands in the correct spot. I'm not sure what it was doing, I didn't see it doing anything when I looked at it in the morning. I have no idea what happened it just stopped. It makes me wonder how it was still logged in. If it happens again I'll see what it does, but as of now I've been legiting other things.

Yeah I haven't touched this script in a few months - I should probably go back to it and see what's up (as well as add a failsafe for that). How often does that happen?

I have to say this is by far my favorite script.
You are getting the exp for 2skills at a time. I'm already 97firemaking and 96(close to 97) woodcutting.
Exp rate is around 70k wcing and 60k firemaking.

It got stuck on me only 1 time. I don't know how because I left it and when I came back it was just clicking on the tree with a full inventory for the 5hours running. Another time it moved spots to one square east(from where its supposed to be) and was doing wc/firemaking normally without problem, but I still thought I should maybe point it out. Maybe that was a lag thing.

Maybe add an exp counter + exp/hour if you are using the bonfire option.

I also found that if I d/c due to lag, when it logs back in its facing north and just stands there. I've always been near the script to correct. This maybe happened twice. I did see in the script it has MakeCompass('E'), so that should correct the problem right? Maybe it was just my computer or connection or something.

Anywho, ive rambled on long enough, love this script.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll be able to add a few failsafes in with that! And yeah it wouldn't be too difficult to add a second tracker to separate the xp gained

Might want to add detect combat cause I just got killed. Didn't lose anything so meh it wasn't a big deal.

I want to use a ring of fire for 5% bonus but I am aware of this dying situation, so I don't want to risk it. Well, currently 86-90 today, caught it moving from spot once, corrected. I'll see how things will go. I don't doubt Ashaman's scripting quality, so suiciding it, only stopping to do Warbands/Sinkholes/Ports :D.
