I don't think I've ever seen a thread like this on here before… Well, not in my time anyway.

So… What game/games are you ashamed to admit you play?

Games that I'm ashamed of, probably Megaman (PS1 games) and Bomberman for NDS. Both for very young crowds lol… :/

I am not ashamed when I play megaman on my iphone :p (It happens on occasion)

Runescape because you see otherpeople your age playing call of duty or halo and you get to think that they are looking at you as a freak/nerd/ person that would sit hours a day in the computer and eat donuts, ramen noodles, or junk food.

RuneScape. Nerd game tbh. Everyone knows you need a lot of time so…

Another thing I want to include in this conversation is that if I ever quit: it will be because I don't want to end like mod mark.

When they posted the "chance to win unlimited membership" and all you had to do was LIKE their page on facebook, well, there is no way i was going to do that, even if i was told you would win 100%.

Runescape for me aswell. It's even a secret from my irl friends that I play it. :p

Exactly the same for me, I don't think there would be anything they could give that would make me admit that I play Runescape.

Why should you be ashamed to play any game? They're all pixels and are a waste of time lol. (I still love playing them ;))

Runescpae for reasons already stated.
Otherwise no game because you cant stereotype people who play as others say "non nerdy" games. People think that people who play RS or WoW are nerdy fat guys but no one thinks someone who plays kids games on say a gameboy advance is like that. Thats my reasoning anyway.

For the record: Pokemon was the bomb back in the day :)

Tetris, kind of. Whenever someone sees me playing it they are like "lol I played that on my gameboy" and I'm like, it's harder than any game you have ever played, and ever will.

Honestly, why would anybody be ashamed of Tetris? Before I got my x64 system, I used to play Microsoft Tetris for hours, but it no longer runs because it was 16-bit.

Runescape. Nobody, not even my girlfriend of 6 years, knows that I ever played it. And now I bot it 24/7 and nobody knows.

yeh runescape is definately the game im most ashamed ive played haha. I dno why but all my mates who played RS grew out of it when they were like 13-14, and now im coming up to 19 and still havent lost interest haha. Still to this day its one of my biggest secrets, at least i get a program to play it for me now :)

Honestly people need to stop being offended by that, I mean we have games were we rob people, kill them, then steal all of their money

Of the two evils, I believe the second is a tad worse. Yet it is highly marketable, if they had a zombie game were we ate other humans id play it :P Even though I look down on cannibalism in real life :P

Im.. ashamed I have played this game for many years.. almost half of my life.. But I dont mind talking about it. :) I let the world know. :garfield:

Nobody in the world knows that I still play RuneScape, although.. I pretty much only connect to bot/write scripts. So realistically I don't "play" the game, I just use it as a learning tool.

Every year or so I will try to connect to my old account (Which I can't seem to recover)
It has that rare shark thing with the alien paintbrush so it was an alien shark thing.. so mofoing rare, oh regrets.

Lol, but I don't play. I just do a yearly attempt to recover account.

My friends stopped playing when they were 11 ish, but now I just bot or make scripts lol. Probably would have quit rs by now if it weren't for villavu. Oh well I'm enjoying myself here :)
Oh and I also played pokemon years ago, and that the best :D 550 hours played on pokemon red 0.o

Anyway, I remember neopets! Mines kept dying of dehydration or something…Just wouldn't shut up, so it met the blender.

I used to be embarrassed about playing Runescape and Pokemon when I was in year 7 but after that I grew out of it :)
