Tell me any you know that can do this, for any browser.

Download RealPlayer, from real.com,
setup it up, open the desktop icon,
go to the Featured Tab (up at the top),
then right click anywhere in that window and select the option "open in new window."

Put in the YT link at the top,
then select the video quality to desired.

There should be a tab in the upper right corner on the video that says "Download to Realplayer."
I'm sure there's better/more efficient tools out there, but this is a method I know of.

Thanks, not seeing the "Download to RealPlayer" :/
I can't even see the youtube controls, I just click the video to start it, cant see the time-line or the quality settings etc :/!

Oh that's odd… I'm working on the problem, I know this was working last week. Will post a fix if I find one, sorry :s (I too don't have the bottom bar and my YT acc, when signed in, doesn't let me watch any videos in RealPlayer browser..)

Edit: I suspect the RealPlayer browser extension for Videos is outdated.. (unconfirmed / temp reason); I know their extension for Firefox usually takes forever to get updated to work in Mozilla (it's outdated atm afaik)..

I got it working (using real player browser) but only for SD, not HD :/
