I have to write a two-three minute speech about an influention person in my life, and I am stuck at the conclusion.

Maybe after the last part about his advice sticking to you you could say something about how this changed the course of your life or something like that .

In the conclusion you can explain how his words "have stuck with me through almost every aspect of my life" and just wrap it up from there. Overall, its good and I like it.

Another alternative would be putting in a quote that is meaningful to you, and probably if this was a speech in a social setting, maybe you could offer to talk to people who are experiencing what you had gone through to help them get out of such a situation themselves.
