I always thought it was odd that is Members+ only.
They can have things to celebrate about, or help congratulate the people who do.

Meh, voted no. Not that I'm all about superiority, but I feel like it means more when it's just a nice HB from other members. Instead of loads of green names (that you barely recognize) spamming HBz…not a big issue to me though.

Well it's currently a bunch of yellow (or higher names) spamming hbz happy birthday grat congrats hurr durr anyways. And maybe 1/10 posts is actually something meaningful.
Sometimes GreenNames have something (be it forum related or IRL related (A goal, school related, birthday, etc.) to celebrate about, or sometimes they have nice, meaningful, insightful things to say and thanks to give to other celebrators.
Make it for all users, and don't count any posts in the section as spam seeing at 80% are spam already.

I thought about this some and decided to change something. I think we should keep the Members Celebration Section where it is. But… We should create one in the Nota section for Everyone. My reasoning is that some people post pictures of themselves and their families in the Members+ one that aren't for the General user base to see. IE we trust Members+ more with some of that stuff than we do general users.
