Hey, try to use proper grammar, it makes your posts easier to understand.
Anyway, possible that you had a mild LD.

You performed what's called a 'reality check' and it sounds like you realized you were dreaming within your dream. Maybe next time you'll be prepared enough to stay in the dream :p It's usually pretty tough in the beginning since it's so exciting!

Lucid dreams are bad ass. Just don't get too caught up into them, and remember to ALWAYS do reality checks, if you know your dreaming or if your awake, it's very easy to get confused once lucid dreams become normal(Happened/happens to me when I first started)

There are two main types of lucid dreams that I have had:
The first type is when I am normally sleeping and dreaming and I do a reality check, like you mentioned. I usually try to stomp my feet, hold my breath or fly. In this type of dream I remain in the current dream body that I was in when I discover that I am dreaming. Personally, this is the most difficult for me to do because I always have a hard time separating my dreams from reality… often they just seem too real or I forget to reality check.
The second type of lucid dreaming I have comes from deep meditation. I start by closing my eyes and letting my thoughts wander while I am partially awake. I try to visualize what I am thinking of. Eventually I will get to a point where I fall asleep and dream that I am sleeping on a bed somewhere. (Here is where it gets weird) This method is easier for me because I usually notice that I am sleeping somewhere that is not my room. Once I realiaze this I will begin to hear a loud ringing and my body will begin to vibrate rapidly. It feels very euphoric. Once I get the vibrations I can feel my "dream spirit body" separate from the body that is lying on my bed. From here I am able to do many things.
You should try this deep meditation method as well, you might have good success. You could also try "affirmations", which is simply repeating to yourself out loud something like "I will be aware", "I will be awake in my dream", "My body is asleep, but my mind is awake". I find these can help out very much as well.
Keep at it, you are just getting to the fun part.

Today I had a Lucid Dream too. I woke up and then immediately fell into sleep, but it was rather light sleep, because I just let my mind create shit… And I was standing near my school and thought that this is a dream, then started to fly and shit. I took off like an airplane and then wondered how the hell does my mind create all the view, the cars, houses, and shit… And then I woke up. :D
But afterwards I had this amazing dream where I was in England (I live in Lithuania) and the atmosphere was really relaxing and I felt kinda happy being there. Then some lady came up to me, asked if I could help her, then she said that she was from Sweden and somehow her chest has gotten way smaller. She offered to take me a look, and then you know the rest. :D

All of my dreams start out me waking up in bed. My reality check is to look at my clock, look away, and look back at the clock to see if it changed(If it's incomprehensible/ time changed drastically then I'm dreaming). I then basically go on my day doing what ever the hell I want, then I wake up to the real world :<
Oh, and because lucid dreaming is so normal for me, I was basically forced to buy a watch, that I check constantly :(

I've gotten to the point where when I have a lucid dream, I'm completely and utterly self-aware. I can do anything, including wake up on command.

How did you start? Was it the usual trying to LD and also the little dream journals? Been trying to do it, but most of the time I just sleep through as I am too tired :S

Thanks! I started out by doing a simpliest Reality Check - looking at my hands every 10-30 minutes. Then it became a habit and I checked my hands in a Lucid Dream. And there you go.
Other good way is to write a Dream Diary. It increases chances of getting a LD drastically. :D
And it is very good to read a lot of information about LDs. Then your brain saves a lot of information and the information you read will "f**k" with your mind and you will get a LD easier. That's like when I went to Steve Angello. I watched a lot of videos of the festival, and other festivals too, and I had dreams about Angello and the Swedish House Mafia few times in a row :D.

I have these. I have had them since I was young. When I was young I had a lot of power ranger themed lucid dreams. It is also good with nightmares, as you can wake your self up some times :)

I've only been able to realize that I'm dreaming but I can't really control my dreams. I usually just concentrate not to wake up.

this is me too :/
Yeah, when I used to have nightmares sometimes I'd realize and thought. "I need to get out" and the only way I could get out was by going somewhere far enough away from the dream characters and then twisting my head sharply to the side. It was scary but cool at the same time when I realized I was in a dream.

That awesome feeling when you suddenly understand when you're in a dream and you are able to stay in it and not get kicked out of it :D
