Benefit of weight caps at 0.0 kg.
(i.e. no diff b/w -37kg and 0kg)

Agility helps recovery quite a lot too. I dont remember when's the last time i've to walk :p

Well wearing lighter armor does help you, the heavier you are the fast your run will go out right?

Agility just helps with the decrease in energy and the regain in energy if I am correct. If not, correct me, i'd like to know. :)

Yeh your correct.
Weight affects how quickly your run energy drains, and is also influenced by agility. But then agility helps you regain engergy quicker when resting or stood still.

Lol, this is definitely not a noob question, though you could've probably found it faster through RS wiki.

:S I always though that the more negative the weight, the longer your run energy lasts? There has to be a difference :S Why else would Jagex allow negative weight? You're practically floating lol.

I think wearing light armor that makes you go negative is so that skills that cause you to be heavy can be countered with light armors? Hell.. i dont know.. lol.. we should send this question into one of thier livestreams or something.

It is just to let you have an idea of how much extra weight you can hold before becoming burdened. So if you are already wearing/carrying nothing it won't make a difference.

This is kinda correct. If you wear for example agile clothing and boots of lightness you will have a large negative weight.
Basically the higher your negative weight the more you can carry before it affects your run energy (when it reaches or exceeds 0kg)

I do not think that is necessarily true, maybe because it adds (Slightly!) more weight, but mainly because we like to see…Things…

Agility helps you regain energy quicker. There's no "when resting or stood still" it helps you regain energy quicker, the end.. Which means while you're running, you also are regaining energy faster than you normally do, which increases the time you can run.

Take it this way, with max agility person with X weight can run a distance of 500, vs a person with X weight at 1 agility can run a distance of 100… X = the same thing in both cases.

And yes, a weight of 0 is the lowest, negative doesn't make you use less energy or anything.
