Today marks the 11th year since the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Funny how as soon as there's a new RS newspost it gets instantly posted. I was expecting a thread to have already been made about this, guess not.

America will never forget that horrible day, but we must also remember it was a small specific terrorist organization not an entire race/religion that encouraged the attack.

A tragic anniversary indeed. Yet this event, in my mind completely reshaped the many lives of persons in the U.S., U.S. Airport security, oil prices, and many many more things that could be added to the list.

I was in NYC earlier this year and it was good to pass by the TTowers memorial site. NYC is such a booming city, I find it sad to see it's progression slowed due to person(s) extreme ideologies.

Nonetheless, RIP victims of 9/11

I hoped in 11 years at least a few good answers how it happened and what happened with the buildings could be released. I am still not sure if it really where the terrorists, or something much bigger.

This. It's totally unfair that Muslims as a whole get labeled as "Terrorists" when it was a small faction of them that did it.

Oh come on, let's not spread around opinions… Regardless of why it happened, it still did, and many many innocent people lost their lives. My wishes go out to the families of the victims.
