Start off with a funny story. I was botting on my account, i came back and was legitting, i had turned chat off because nubs where talkin sheit in cc, arguing about something, and a clan admin came along, was talking to me and i didnt know, and then proceeded to kick me cause he thought i was botting.

Now, i have been kicked from the clan, i want a new one, 130+ combat, 2200+ total, i cap citadel every week, and i can kill shit, someone send me a message with a good clan to join, cheers xxo

Also looking for a good clan. 135 combat, 2300+, hate citadel but I'll work if i need to, and also I boss like a madman. HMU!

Hmm, you guys okay with never discussing botting etc.?
Also agreeing that botting is horrible, and will if the time comes play along with that idea?

Of course, that's how it was in my old clan before It turned to crap :s

Same thing happened to but in my case, I owned the clan and all my members where sitting there laughing at me and talking shit while I went around and around the agility course. Came back to my computer to see about 10 of them there. That was the end of my clan.

I almost got caught from one of my clanmates once. I was babysitting it but I was doing a fairly click intensive skill so it was hard to explain why I wasn't replying.

of course i would never discuss botting on rs, too scared :|

my clan is nothing but botters most of the time when you try to talk to them they dont respond… its funny cuz they all use epic bot and would never be able to write there own scripts.

Annnd that's why I leave my CC when I start to macro

If I made an unofficial one would people join? We would need to decide on rules like no obvious discussion of botting ect.

Any speculation on whether jagex monitors clan chats? If they did I would assume an automated keyword recognizer or something similar.

I think it'd be pretty risky.
I mean, if you're botting on your main, or other accounts and using the same IP address and you join a guild, maybe they'd make the connection… Who knows…

Obviously wouldn't use alts to join.

I'm going to assume something more sneaky… I'm certain Jagex knows about SRL.

So are the clan formed yet and how does one join?

Idk if one is formed yet but we should make it have a 100 post join requirement to avoid infiltration by jagex lol :p

Something doesn't sound right about an SRL clan, would we talk about botting on it? And who would this be open to? I'd say junior+, or maybe 500+ posts, something like that.

I'd say junior+ is a good idea. As for discussing botting I can't decide :(. On one hand, it wouldn't be much of an SRL clan if we couldn't even talk about botting, but on the other hand it seems like a bad idea to have my main in a clan where jagex could easily identify us if they chose and ban us all. It would be like forming a gang and discussing your illegal drug manufacturing business while holding meetings outside a police station :p. However awful that metaphor was, I still believe we don't know enough about if jagex monitors clan chats to openly discuss anything interesting. Any thoughts?

You guys can do whatever you please, but I wouldnt be on that clan with my main if botting was discussed.

Aww man, the fool whe helped come up with the idea cant even get it!! Hehe.

And yes, it would be risky… but if we just acted like a normal clan.. What would it matter in the first place? I never talk about botting on runescape, I feel like as soon as you mention the word runescape watches you for like 38496 hours.

I'll make one once I'm in Jr Mems. I feel that it is a good requirement to have in order to limit spam/avoid reportation. Don't worry about the req. though, because you only need 200 more posts and those will come quickly. The only other requirement for Jr. Mems is 6 months. Anyone who is not here to leech should meet those requirements soon enough :)
