Not sure if this has come to your attention, but OSI lost its founder: Icefire is stepping back from the scene as he appearantly has other urgent matters to attend to. He is also shocked to see his main hacked. This had led him to step back.

Yes, there hasn't been a lot of activity since april/may this year. Let's see if someone will pick up OSI. I don't think so, to be honest.

Still struggling to say something over there. But everything I start I erase. Better not say anything then.

Is there anything in OSi worth incorporating?

Not sure, but I think not. As far as I know, it was still in an early development stage. No randoms, few scripts, etc.

Why did we ban him from SRL? Was it account hacking or something like that? We used to be friends back in the day.

He wanted to be the scapegoat; he set on a deliberate crash-course fulminating on everything and everyone. The majority of SRL wanted him out, so we voted several times. To be honest I was strongly against it, but his attitude ate away a lot of bandwidth and drained good energy.

Does anyone even use SCAR any more? I can't imagine that Freddy is doing all that well over there.

I use scar…. titan that is, but with lape I do't see the purpose of scar. No offense, I enjoyed it for many years, but it seems like simba took over.

^I don't think Lape or Simba has anything on Titan though. It's just that good. Too bad it isn't finished though.

Ah yes, I remember that. I was disappointed it went like that.

There are still SCAR users, but not that much for RS.

Why do we care about OSI, again?
Wizzup told me this some days ago on IRC, and I struggeled to actually care.. :p

To be honest, SCAR Titan is looking really promising. Freddy has some new and very smart edits to his scripting API; multithreading is a huge benefit!

Kind of makes me laugh inside, tbh. Just shows how dedicated all of you guys here at SRL are to this community and it's not as easy as he thought it would be.
