my brothers gf works for a company that owns one of the companies (assuming they hire multiple) that is laying out google fiber, she told me they're working on Denver (where I am) so I'm hoping it comes here in a year or so.. but for $70/month for that kind of internet I'd sign a 10 year contract in a heartbeat
