So I got myself a good amount of loyalty points and I was wondering what are good? I'm going to get vampryrism for sure but is salvation/harmony/etc auras worth it?

If you dont care about cosmetic auras, jack is a must-have, and if you aren't 99 slayer, equilibrium helps to boost slayer task speed by ~2-5%. Salvation etc are mainly for cosmetic purpose. Vampyrism is not too bad but penance+soulsplit is better for bossing.

It's only 15k pts, gives ~8k exp within <1min (>320k xp/hr), and i have a script to do it together with daily farm runs so it's pretty good for me.
