Hey all – I just got members again and was going to go for 99 fletching.

I was looking for a method that is number 1 – FAST and 2. makes a bit of money

What are the top methods at the moment?

I don't mind alching either.

cut maple longs. profit and decent xp/hr. thats what i did for my 99 :)

Or you can cut and string yews.. That is faster than maples with higher xp/hour!

yes i agree with benny, find a good bot that cuts and strings yew longs and you will have 99 fletching within a couple days (depending on how long u bot i guess) But you will have 99 in no time :p Best of luck!

^ that script is great for fletching/stringing yews and maples. Use the temp fix found on post #1194, then it will work great. I personally reccomend fletching maples as they make you a good amount of gp per hour and decent fletching xp per hour. Yew is for faster xp and lower gp. So basically do yews if you care about xp more and do maples if you care about gp more. Good luck training! :)

how many days do you think with 3-4 hrs per day for around 88k maple logs to go?

Well im currently using daazndagger's fantiastic fletcher. On average, the xp/hr is around 80~90k, and it cuts around 1450 logs per hour.
Therefore, with 88k maple logs, and botting 4 hours per day,
88000/1450=60.68
60.68/4=15.17 Days

dude bot more iv botted 5m exp in fletching in less thank 1 week and no ban

i bot close to 20m xp in a week over several different skills.. So dude you can def bot more, i bot for about 20 hours a day

Maple longs are the way to go at 90k xp per hour with profit.

Fletch maple long bows.
Make cash, and 99 in a few days.

I'd do yews personally. It's a bit quicker than maples and I think you still make a small profit if you just do one step (either stringing or cutting).

Use Footy and p1ngs scripts, they're flawless.
Took me less than a week to get 99 fletching.

how much did u bot/day? and exp/hr ?

Maybe around 12 hours a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
I have no idea about the EXP per hour, it depends on the script/s you use.

bot up to 16 hours a day, you most likely will be fine.. I have botted 20 hours a day sometimes

It's very rare to get banned using SRL scripts.
Just keep an eye on it every half hour or so to see what it's doing and if everything's going okay.

It's never safe to bot… But this is probably as safe as you can get.
Don't worry, I bot for hours a day and I haven't ever even so much as been suspected to be a bot.

Yeah, you're even more less likely to get banned if you do different stuff and not always do the same thing.
