You can check the other polls if you would like. He's been voted in on both.
From what I've heard in the past, they generally like it to be 80/90% yes to get them in. Although supposedly I didn't get such a requirement, and I'm still here, so I assume it's just down to admins ultimately.

I've always thought that it's not so much about the poll and more just how people feel. If there's enough dissent where we don't get a whole hearted yes overall I don't think we would let them in.
Mine was 9 yes 5 no. That's like 66ish % and they let me in. Harry's two previous polls are 75% and 60% respectively. He's pretty much got a no from me for a while. I gave him a warning for inappropriate Language a while back and he threw a hissy fit in a dear staff thread about getting it.
