My vote for the most UNDER Rated movie of 2012…. its a blockbuster…. was Number one in a lot of places (China, etc) but in the USA the Disney Marketing department was apparently out to lunch.

This is a FAN MADE trailer (and no its not me that created it)….. I suggest you watch it and make your own decision…. its out on DVD or BluRay now so get some popcorn or whatever and make it a home movie night…. Would LOVE to see a sequel. AMAZING part is the book series was written over 100 years ago and was the FOUNDATION for all the Star Wars, etc that came after it…a fact that many of those who created these later franchises actually have admitted on many occasssions.

Thats the regular trailer with like 2 scenes extra… only about 10 seconds longer…

I also liked that movie very much… the marketing was so low :/ that is why its so underrated

John Carter rocked. The book is great too (The Princess of Mars). Saw john carter in iMax (2nd time to one). I was so surprised when I found out a few weeks later that it flopped!
I am a huge scifi fan though…

Not sure how all the other Barsoom books are. (Large series by Edgar Rice Burroughs) I'll eventually read them.

No offense but this movie sucked =/

Put me to sleep after the whole diplomatic crap, only finished watching it because we bought the DVD but it was regretful. To each their own, but I wouldn't personally recommended.

I liked this movie.
I didn't love it, but I wasnt regreting spending 2hours watching this movie, unlike some others.

If a 2nd comes out, I will definitely want to watch it.
