SRL Archive - Celebratory Events

Whelp, it has been a long ~4 years. I haven't been active for most of that time, but clearly I need to make a 500 post celebratory thread if it will take a projected 8 years to reach 1,000. During the course of 500 posts, I have learned to script, made a walking include with a medium amount of success, became an SRL member, stagnated, received SSRL a few days ago (a very big surprise), and generally loafed around. Based on my projected promotion rate, I should be running this place by 2016.

I would like to thank certain peoples who have helped me get to where I am today. (That's what I am supposed to do in this kind of thread, right?) In no particular order:

-Wizzup, Tootoot222, Hobbit, masterBB, r0b0t1, Jason2gs (I mean, what a freak. Amiright?), Daniel, ReadySteadyGo, Silent, Harry, Coh3n, Markus92, Dgby714, BraK, Kyle, BenLand100 (Don't make any sudden movements, people), Nava2, Method (He's always there. Always. Just highlight him.) and probably a few others I can't think of at the moment.

I guess it's tradition to post a picture of yourself in these things? In that case, let's compare a professional photo of me to one I took right now, sleep deprived and greasy:

At any rate, I would like to thank SRL for all the funsies and knowledge encountered over the last > a year < 2 years. Currently going to school for computer engineering, which was somewhat influenced by my time here. Let's hope I am around to make it to 1,000 posts.

Grats!

And wow, I made it on your list. That's surprising.

You're a great person, coder, graphics man, and asset to the community!
I <3 your ODTM include and never even learned to use/code with SPS because of it :p!!!

You are also VERY handsome in that first picture! <3

Congratz on 500, and SSRL. :O

Cool, it took a while, so in 2016 you should be moving on to your 1000th post haha.
Obviously not one of the many spammers around here :p
Congrats :)

Congrats, you sexy bastard.

…made a walking include with a medium amount of success…

Are you kidding? MEDIUM success? Because of your include people don't even try to learn D(D)TM/Symbol/TPA walking. Every third script uses ObjDTM walking :)

Congratz, definitely well deserved.
