Laptop issue

I bought a new laptop for college, this one:
HP Pavillion dv6 7005sp

And now (for just 100€ more) I got to know a new ASUS, the Asus N56VZ-S4025V

The screen is better (higher resolution) and it has the lightning on the keyboard.

Should I consider trading the HP for the ASUS?

Idk if is there anyway that I can trade the laptops at the store, since I already installed and uninstalled some shit on the HP laptop

Most of that stuff you'll have to ask the store.

I would definitely prefer ASUS over HP any day, for pretty much anything.. and I love more resolution.. Other than that & Hard drive size, they're both about identical

I have 30 days to trade the item, already checked.

The ASUS has a better screen resolution and GeForce 650M instead of the 630M on the HP, the 1TB to 750GB disk space doesn't worry me a dime, I'm a fan of portable External Hard Drives.

I'm only worried about those holes on the ASUS laptop, "above" the keyboard, if particles of dust accumulate there after extended use

There are no holes. Those are buttons. Asus makes a much higher quality product than HP does.

I'm talking about these holes:

Ahh, just buy a dust can, works wonders and you should use it for the keyboard anyways.

speaker holes, they don't open up to the rest of the laptop just to the speaker? unless they spread them out over the entire thing

but anyways, ASUS compared to HP is a joke, HP should only be compared to dell.. HP's run hot, they catch fire (hopefully they fixed that issue) they're nothing compared to a company like ASUS, I'd trade in, in a heartbeat
