I wonder if its working…
because when I set SIGNED:=false; , I still can not login with 2 accounts in same world..
I believe the unsigned option was removed by jagex quite long ago. And the newer versions of SMART has already abandon these parameters.

Oh I did not know that Jagex removed it.. any other way to login in same world with more then one account? :/ Expect two clients close to each other and fast clicking. Maybe running SIMBA in Sandbox or ?

Set random.dat to read-only.

There are a couple ways to multi-log, the easiest I know of is load two clients, type in your name and pass (do not log in yet) for both players, hit the login button on the first then as quickly as you can switch to the other client and login on the second. Next, choose the same world on both clients (again, do not enter in-game yet), when both players' lobby has the same world selected hit the 'Enter Game' button on the first client and quickly do the same on the second client. If you're fast enough, both players will log in. Easy peasy.
