okay so today was my first day in college and i saw this girl who went to my high school but i never talked to her even tho i had her for 1 of my classes in highschool i thinks shes kinda shy .
and this is why i cant talk to her
and iv always had trouble talking to females i never know how to start a conversation
iv always had trouble i dont know why=/
my dad tells me he use to pimp bitches all time maby his absence in my growing up affected how i talk to girls since my mom raised me
can you guys give me some ideas or something to help me get females or tips
i can make myself confident by smokeing alot of weed i dont know why but when im on it i dont care about anything and im like yolo everything seems like its not impossable in my mind but im trying to stay away from it lol from smokeing

Cool, my first day of college was today too. I'm super shy too, but this is what I try to do. Just strike up a conversation with her in class, something about how the teacher is a douche or comment her clothes or something. Then go from there ;)

maybe your getting nervous because you care what she might think about you, and that right there is your problem. dont look at this girl like shes the only one as your just going to make yourself that much more nervous, just tell yourself i dont give a shit if she looks at me like im stupid and walk up and talk. all you need to do is remember that if she dont like you for who you are then F her,
always remember you got this far in life without her, and there are plenty of chicks wether it be tomorrow or 2 years from now or 10, you'll find somebody.
i have never once went up to a girl and tried to flirt, etc. i've always sat back and let em come my way, and im engaged now.

I had this problem back when I was much younger, the one thing that you have to remeber is girls want to find a guys more then you want to find a girl. Just be a genuine nice guy and whats the worst that can happen! Please post back with how it goes and best of luck mate!

You can use my patented method:
First find something you two have in common, or strike up ONE conversation in person.
For example if your teacher did something stupid and you both agree it was stupid
Now add her on facebook
Bring that up, laugh reminisce
Now play on something else, ask her questions. Be fun, you have nothing to fear tbh they can't even see you at this point.
Now a day later, say "hey, im not on facebook much but id like to talk to you whats your number?"
Now, I expect you can figure out the rest.
(As gay as it sounds, it works and it works very well :) )

True, but a racecar driver just has to put his foot down. But in this you need to believe in yourself and be confident to take that first step or it won't work. Plus I'm not a relationship expert so thats the best I can say :f:

Just don't fear rejection, of any kind. That use to be my biggest problem (Still kinda is, but no as bad). I plan everything out, account for everything, etc, but when it comes to talking to a lady, I just couldn't. Be yourself, be confident, and don't try too hard. She may talk to you, she may not, but whatever the outcome, don't let it get you down :)

We can sit here all day and tell you how we throw ladies on their backs like wedding crashers but that really isn't going to help.
My tip is get out there and be yourself. You're going to be stupid 100 times, might as well get that out of the way ;)
And RIGHT NOW you need to lose the idea of "finding the girl of your dreams". You yourself admitted to never talking to her…
Show some restraint mate, she doesn't think your the "guy of her dreams" and it might be a turn off if you come on too strong…
Just have fun and if she seems interested, well, close ;)
