Hey, im not going to buy it since I can't with my paypal. But does verify now mean you have to send paypal your info like: I.D, SSN, ect..?

I'm sorry for the off topic but I can't even add from my own bank but all I know it's bank verified but tells me that I have to send them info like the one i mentioned.
What is the problem?
