If you're going to bot, you should at least try to blend in, and with a name like that, he's trying to do the opposite.

I report people when I realize that they are botting. I don't try to talk to people to see whether they are, but if someone has a shitty name and spazzes around/tries to mine empty rocks, I will report them. The goal this community had from the beginning was to bot without detection. Injection communities never had that- none of their scripts have any randomization.

I only report the lvl 3s with stupid names or the level 120s with skillcapes and no life.
The inbetweeners aren't any harm because they are most likely the exact level to be doing that skill and will realize what bad xp they are getting and leave.
I wouldn't want to get reported, so I don't report every obvious botter

I only report goldfarmers in my spot, autotypers/hc hosts and the free trial advs…

Wanna report bots? Try to go to Summer Garden , at world 100. You will see a crazy ammount of white dots, running from a place to another.

Exactly my friends. SRL in Runescape was always about blending in, staying invisible.

For what it's worth, anyone with SRL or Simba (or anything along those lines) in their name obviously shouldn't worry about me reporting, of course I'm for these names. :D But names like this…they really go against the blending-in 'tradition'.

You all are a group of hypocritical people if I have ever seen one.

Most of you think that you should be the only person who uses bots, like it is some kind of well guarded secret.
And the fact of the matter is, you still disagree with botting, and you hate other people botting on the game, so when you catch them you report them. Like you should be the only person allowed to bot, or somehow you have justification.

The only time I ever report a botter is if they were to come up to my spot and just start taking my resources without checking other worlds fist. Even then, I dont report anyone.. Whats that going to do? It's not going to give my resources back to me.

Ya'll botters who report other botters are like brothers and sisters who both have their hands in the cookie jar, but still run back to tell mommy and daddy to get the other one in trouble. It's jealousy is what it is.

But seriously, i report 10-20 bots a day all at range guild..

I can't stand people that press play and walk away without testing….

Though ive used all our range guilders and none of ours get stuck in this certain spot..

I must agree; I auto skills that most people don't care to look at, such as theiving & cooking, fletching, and construction…


None of these skills can make another player unhappy; I can understand when you come to training combat skills, or your at dragons collectiong;

I report those who dont try to hide their bot like activitys but none the less I wouldn't want to be reported either though.

I only report autotypers, and that is mainly just a quick way to put them on ignore.

This guy is an idiot, but he's botting livid, which is only beneficial to him and doesn't negatively affect the game. If you report him just because of his name, you deserve to be reported, as well. We're all guilty here.

I only report bots when the player is there, then starts the bot in the same place I was legitting.

The funny part is that he was probably a legit player with a name making fun of botters. I've seen many of those. they make those names with no fear of being banned because they know they dont bot.

I am leaning towards the snack food to be honest….. I have seen people in other games with Iluvtwzzlers and stuff like that. Perhaps the person entered a zillion names to only find that all were gone and tried the cheetos variant as a joke, saw that it was not taken, and decided what the Hay!

As for the non-response….. I know in my case a lot of times I turn everything off so I do not have to read the zillion BUY blank from me at blank per million…or do you have any gold? or my favorite one at the GE: Blank is a Blanking scammer which is usually surrounded by the gambling folks …. all of these (and most especially the GE spam) are quite annoying if you are trying to play a few minutes lol….

Tbh atm it's delfation not inflation, even though things seem to be getting more expensive they dropped excessively in the last few weeks/months so its still recovering from a major deflation or crash

I haven't played in awhile so I don't know. Just seems with bots creating gold that the price of the dolar in comparison would go up and the price of unbottable rares would also go up. But if that's not true then I don't know what would be causing the opposite to happen.

It's really easy to bot these days as there are no randoms, this means resources are in supply a lot which bring the price of stuff down, basically jagex screwed up saying this botany bay stuff they so hyped it up and it flopped, think they have realized now they need to do something and are starting with dung

I do not think that people with names like that are really botting, but it would be funny if they received enough reports to get banned.

i feel if someone is going to make the name i bot max or w.e its just because they know that when they get a 99/ max it will royally tick off alot of legiters
